ASV PT-120 Medium-Duty Mulcher
The mainstay of our arsenal is the ASV PT-120 medium-duty mulcher. Lightweight and maneuverable, the ASV PT-120 is perfect for work on inclines. Its powerful 140-horsepower tier III turbo diesel engine tackles more trees in less time. Paired with planar-head technology, the ASV PT-120 easily outperforms the rest of its class. Mulching and Forestry Equipment
For heavy-duty land clearing, mulching, and brush cutting jobs, Mulching Mania relies on the ASV RC-100 compact track loader. Paired with the HD7460 rotary drum brush mulcher and a customized guarding package, forestry and mulching projects are a breeze.
Powerful and productive, the RC-100 is driven by a reliable 99.5 horsepower Perkins diesel engine. Attachments like a mulcher are powered by the RC-100’s 38 gpm/3,300 psi high-flow with 73 hydraulic horsepower. The hydraulic system includes a load-sensing system that lets the attachment run at maximum load without stalling the engine.
The RC-100 travels on an advanced RTSS III undercarriage with 18-inch wide rubber tracks and 42-wheeled contact points that spread the machine weight across the full width of the tracks. With 2,610 square inches of track on the ground, the RC-100 is a stable and productive machine platform for mulching, brush cutting, and land clearing.
This complete package has excellent flotation in soft, wet ground conditions. Torsion axle suspension of the undercarriage maximizes track contact with the ground for better traction and a smoother ride over rough terrain, cut vegetation, and stubble.
